It was a garnet that fell out.

I bought a Shungite and Garnet ring not even two months ago and a stone has already fallen out. It's too late to send it back. I'm so disappointed. The ring was beautiful.

Normally I don't mind Cheryl but I found her today to be very rude and was constantly talking over Blake.
