I've always been aware that the rubies are FF and/or heated. Yes, it should be specified. I do try to be careful with my purchases. I recently purchased a pair of ruby earrings. Frankly they are lovely and I was pleased when I received them. They are oval hoops, and the stones were quite pretty. :)
