Lisa to make matters worse I ordered two only received one but billed for two . I called up explained to the rep and he said they would send the other out . Now I am convinced this is not elite Shungite and I have the second one on the way . Total mess .

Ok I ordered two of these after watching the presentation by Becky and adi during which they emphasized the Shungite was elite Shungite. Mine arrived today and the Shungite is a flat black color not shiny like elite. I’m doubting this is elite which is why I purchased it . Was this misrepresented????

Ginger I had my husband look at the bottle and he said that the plastic seal on the bottom is not made properly to fit the bottle causing it to leak . My husband is a top notch mechanic so he knows his stuff. I mailed it back today so I’ll see how long it takes to receive my money back.

My Shungite water bottle arrived and it’s going right back The bottle leaks due to a poorly made seal on the bottom of the bottle. Poor quality control and over priced for what it is

Thanks. When I called last nite the rep said he didn’t know he just had the info that was on the listing which just stated item as Shungite no reference to Elite

I tuned in at the end of presentation. Is the Shungite elite ? I checked description and it just says Shungite.
