I am so tired of seeing tanzanite, diamond and Opatra door busters I could SCREAM! What about those of us who don’t want to, or can’t, spend beaucoup bucks on rings, etc. They sure left us all out of the game this year.

I miss those parcels too! I almost went broke buying them, but they were so much fun. I bought a lot of loose tanzanite from jtv back in 2008, and I certainly didn’t spend anywhere near $500 per carat for AAAA. I was heartbroken (but the budget was thrilled) when they stopped the loose stone shows.

How do they justify tanzanite jewelry as lifestyle? It’s beyond me, and frankly tiresome.

They are boring and dull. The thing is, they are selling them. They are going back to their roots as The Jewelry Channel, and they would be wise to remember that program went belly up.
