I hear ya! My package was shipped a month ago, no joke, and has been sitting at a distribution center since June 19th. No one has been able to help. I think it was lost and no one knows where it is.

I ordered several items in mid-JUNE that have been sitting in a distribution center an hour from my house since June 19th! I've called and emailed the US Postal Service, DLH, and Shop LC...no one has been able to help one bit. So ridiculous!

On average how long does it take to process returns?

I've only returned two items and each time I they were processed in less than two weeks. It didn't take very long at all, in my opinion.
