ShopLC refund records are so screwed up. You need a full time accountant. I literally had to go through each return one at a time then email the customer service for the refund invoice because the refund email you get just says a refund was initiated. Agree with claudSan. The new rules did not stop the well known over bidders such as Debbie. She’s got bid on soooooo many items and max at highest $.

ShopLC should make it mandatory of auto pay (credit card will be charge automatically) when the bidder wins the item.
