Agree Colljoe! A no return policy is a no buy policy on my part. Why would you spend a few hundred dollars on a piece of jewelry that you cannot return? No brainer in my book.

That is one of my pet peeves they never tell you on tv or on their web pages if a pendant is an enhancer. Should be listed in the descriptions there NOT!
