This is becoming the SHLOCK-Low-Crap network ( SLC ). Seems they dont have cash flow to create more jewelry inventory as they show the same old all the time. So now they have resorted to selling Dollar General and Family Dollar type junk! JTV...here I come.....

YES 30 days is the rule but I would contact Cust Svce and tell them that the item was delivered broken so you dont have to pay for the return shipping charges

Their smackdowns are a fraud as they raise prices beforehand only to reduce them close to what they were before!! and yes entire days of one product IS boring.. as boring as their now 2DAYS of 9.99 crap they sell!! time to change the channel!!

I might also add that JTV does not prevent you from returning an item from "clearance" like this place does. NO-Im not a JTV employee lol just a discerning customer/shopper. I think the bloom is off the rose of this shopping channel...way too many issues and poor and un-american methods of doing bus...
