Re: Non-Responsive Customer Service

Seems the only way to get satisfaction anymore with big companies is to make noise on social media esp. Facebook, and review them on sites like Google and Trustpilot.

FED UP WITH THIS CLOWN SHOW

I’ve spent a lot of money here and I am DONE. Items sit in warehouse for days before shipping BUT YOU TAKE MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY. YOU CHARGE ME MULTIPLE SHIPPING FEES for ONE PACKAGE. That is WRONG and I smell a class action lawsuit bc how is that not STEALING?? Your shipping company THAT YOU CONTRACT...

Re: Look out Mr. C...THERE'S A NEW PLAYER IN TOWN

Before ShopLC he was on a different gem shopping network. You think ShopLC hosts are shouty—hoo boy they are AWFUL on that channel. The hosts are mainly men, and the rare women hosts have voices that make you want to jam pencils in your ears. And the men are DREADFUL salesmen. I swear, they have abo...

bad faith bidders

Seems to be a couple of names that are massively and randomly overbidding lately. I’m sure it’s great fun for them knowing they’re making people unhappy, but it’s not fair to us good faith bidders. “Shop LC, Delivering Joy to Misanthropes” There has got to be a better way to ensure fair and honest b...

Re: Shop LC going out of business?

The company just bought a bunch of electric cars for employees, and they’re planning on building a new, state of the art headquarters so I don’t think they’re going out of business.

Nailing jello to a tree

A typical visit to this website by me, a stupid fool, goes like this: Me: “How are my auctions doing? I’ll check the watchlist!” (Watchlist not showing bids.) SHOPLC: we’ve known about this problem for months and frankly we can’t figure it out so we gave up. And we have no incentive to fix it becaus...

FIX THE WATCHLIST

COME ON LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT’S ON THE TABLE HERE?

IT’S AN AUCTION WEBSITE. How are we to track what we’re bidding on?

It’s beyond ridiculous that the issue has not been fixed yet.

Re: Please help me if you can….

Same here. Very aggravating! I emailed customer service about it and this is the response: “Currently, the website is undergoing upgrades and some of our customers are having issues accessing watchlist and other web tools. However, IT department is working on it, and it should be resolved soon.” I d...

Re: I think the main part of the family forgot about the part of the family that does not have thoudands of dollars to s

I’m leery of any sales entity calling its customers “family.” Family is where people know each other well, have relationships, and care for each other. A sales business does none of those things. They haven’t forgotten the non-rich side of the family, because it doesn’t exist. Which I’m totally cool...
