Thanks everyone. It is true about the quality. There is much less silver and the ring looks cheap. I am going to return it.

I just received a sleeping beauty ring I purchased from their on line catalogue. The tag say "Made in China?" What the neck is up with that? I don't know if this is real sleeping beauty. Has anyone else had this happen? Should I return the item?

I would like to see the grading of diamonds in the description of the product. If an item has graded diamonds, they'll tell us during the showing but don't include it in the description on line.

I use to buy and resale their jewelry until too many issues occurred. It was embarrassing to me to create such hype on the quality of their jewelry then have stones fall out or links to bracelets break. There is no quality control. I use to believe in LC. Not too sure now.

I'm going on a year for one of my messages. Suppose I'm in the que....NOT! I'm tired of their excuses and the quality of their products. They've gone down hill in every aspect. I'm starting to think twice about continuing to buy from LC. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years too.

I like how Miranda from LC chimed in and gave us the chat hours but didn't say one word why the messages aren't being answered.

What happened to the over night chat agents? The chat window says to leave a message and someone will contact you via email. I've done that several times and not one person has gotten back to me.
