Those 5-D pictures are pretty amazing. If you've seen them in person they look sort of blurry up close. I think they look much better at a distance... they look more realistic that way.

My experience with jewelry appraisals, not SLC's, shows appraisal values are much higher than their retail values. I don't think the colors are made just for the LC. I know this b/c I buy loose Swarovski crystals from a place online and many of the names of the colors there are the same as the ones sold here. Just so you know...on the back side of those crystals is a coating which makes the crystals more sparkly...
