I have complained several times about the issue of Shop LC not answering the questions you can ask at the bottom of the product page. A few years back they would answer them within a few days, now absolutely nothing. They may as well remove it from the page because it’s a joke!

A few days ago I left a polite but unfavorable review on a hand bag and it was posted. Now it’s gone! Shame on you Shop LC!!

You hit the nail on the head! My thoughts exactly. I received an email from Shop LC saying a package will arrive tomorrow. (Thurs) How can that be when DHL just picked it up from Austin not even 10 hours ago and I live in Ohio?

I know how you feel. I received a purple suede bag a few days ago and it was defiantly used. There were grey marks on the bottom of the bag and either ink or magic marker on it as well. Returned immediately. They better refund the return shipping. I also returned a Keshi pearl ring as well it looked...

I totally agree! I ordered a pair of Sleeping Beauty stud earrings from JTV on Sunday afternoon and had them in my mailbox before noon on Wednesday! That’s quick service with joy!

DHL is the problem. I got a email will arrive tomorrow which is today(Thursday) I will, probably receive the package Monday. Shop LC stop with the false emails! It’s like putting salt on a wound.
