Just got done chatting with customer service--I was given a choice of cancelling or a refund!!! Took the refund

Hi bought a ring yesterday & now the discount is 40%--can my order be cancelled or can I get a credit for the difference?????????????

Can someone please explain why you are the only shopping network to do this??????????? Your hosts say enjoy your ring for 30 days and then you open the package and there is the yellow tag!!!!! How can you test drive a ring with this tag!!
