She was on with Lolo because she co-hosted with Blake in the time slot before. She helped Lolo with some product that carried over from the previous show. She is not a visitor she is an employee who spent that whole week working all night with Blake.

Tony is an alpha male, super competitive and that helps customers get quality goods at lower prices, I think that he and Tenner are not listed as hosts because technically Tony supplies the stones and hangs out with the executives. Would like to know what happened between him and Michelle.
