Here is an idea, shop LC should make all their Swarovski that is left into earrings, pendants and bracelets and give them as customer appreciation gifts with orders over a certain amount, that way they make customers happy and legally they are not selling it they are giving it as a gift.

What does not make sense to me is how Swarovski can tell them they are no longer allowed to sell what they legally purchased. I would think they should be able to sell what they own. Is Swarovski going to give them back their money for what they paid for if they can not sell what is left?
