I was bidding on an item and was watching it carefully as the clock counted down. Then it said I was the winner. I apparently was not! I checked! I have no idea who won but it said I was! I didn’t pursue it because I knew it would be such a hassle here!

If you never get it resolved….be sure to document everything and report issue to the BBB….Better Business Bureau

No other shopping channel spends so much time on their items. When hosts do Opatra it is nothing for them to stay on an item for 45 minutes to an hour. As soon as I see that they are selling Opatra I immediately turn the channel!
