I haven't received my orders from the RA that were shipped on Nov. 22. everyday I check it's said there a delay! Wny? I hope I'm really getting these items, since it keeps getting postponed. I hope they aren't really canceled.

The same thing just happened to me. I consider it a non response since it was the same as the CS person said. They did not find the ring defective. Get out a loop! It had a large crack down the center. I would have accepted a replacement, different size, so I wouldn't get back the same ring. No joy!...

Karen just said the warehouse works 24 hrs. a day. Hard to believe with items taking so long to get and refunds taking so long to process. They must not have a full staff to do this.
