RS Similar name but not exact. I think they should require people to have a valid credit or debit card to be able to set up an account and bid. And for every $300 you win bids for, and don't buy, they should be charged $10. Some of these jokers wouldn't want to pay $60-$80 (or more) to play games.

Again--putting something in your cart does not reserve it. It doesn't even take it out of inventory. If some one else likes the item and pays for it it will disappear from your cart if you have not paid for it yet. If it is popular, it will most certainly disappear overnight.
