I have never used the App. I’ve heard too many horror stories from customers who have used it. Too many issues with it not always working… Gee sounds like the website as well!

All I know is if I purchase any say... Gems En Vogue jewelry (not comparing to Modani) it comes in a box marked as such along with a greetings card. Heck even Giuseppe Perez jewelry from ShopLC comes nicely packaged with a card too. So did the Jardin line. I expect the same from any decent jeweler. ...

That would NOT fly in my book! I would call them and tell them no Modani packaging… I’m not buyin. Why would a Iliana box suffice? and why would a so called high end vendor be ok with it? Doesn’t make sense to me, it would cheapen the Modani brand. Also makes Shop LC look bad in my book. Not surpris...
