I find it hard to believe that this was a planned update especially this time of the year and with the hosts being surprised!

I totally agree with you Joy51 as she funny but also knowledgeable about gemstones. She makes watching enjoyable which it should be and I was so glad to see her this morning but wish they wouldn’t waste her using her at night!

I have a beautiful peachy pink Morganite that I bought several years ago from a competitor that is surrounded by diamonds and I would buy it again without a second thought as it’s that pretty. I agree that unless you’re willing to spend lots of money most of the Morganite I see today has no color.

I do not like the change to their website when trying to view a product. The product is huge and I find it difficult to manage. Can Shop LC not afford to get decent IT people to figure out the mess it’s in and fix it?

If I’m not mistaken the only shopping channel that calls it Russian Chrome Diopside is their biggest competitor JTV. The others just refer to it as Chrome Diopside and I never could understand why they didn’t use its full name.
