Just double checked, I do have Windows 10.

The blue pricetag has a red dot in it which shows the number of currently available coupons and it also comes up when you are on the retailer's homepage.

It is literally directly to the right of where you enter what you are searching for in Edge.

I've looked everywhere on my windows 10 and can't find this. Any other way to explain how to find it? I can't find anything that looks like a price tag to begin with.

On the product page in the toolbar above is an icon like a price tag.

It's called Shopping and includes the historical price and coupon search.
