I can understand problems due to weather, but I don't understand why our packages need to travel to "the other coast" en route to being delivered. So, I'm in NYC. My package from Texas, that I ordered about 2 weeks ago is now in CA. This is not acceptable. What's the point of "free shipping" if it's a substandard shipping method. The shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line.

How is this handled by other companies you buy from?
All of my SLC stuff is ultimately delivered by USPS.

The problem is....when you pay the least....those packages get the least priority. And if you have to wait 2 weeks...when you get it...you feel "what was I thinking when I ordered this?"

I'm gonna hold off any more orders unless it's something I absolutely must have.

I've gotta say, and I'm not a complainer, that they use the cheapest shipping method possible. Very frustrating....because by the time something arrives, you may have buyer's remorse.

Ugh...haven't been there for over a year. We generally eat in Little Italy. Then we go one block away and we're in China. It's a great shopping area.
