I installed the App back in 2018. It only lasted for a few minutes because it was difficult to manage. Who is their IT (Information Technology) person? The App need major improvement. It's sad to know it still not working.

Their site crashes all the time. I also think this is hackers trying to invade. May be inside job or not. I use Mac devices only and they are very good at keeping hackers and viruses out. Perhaps it will affected many stores, but in the case of Shop LC is not big deal since their Burmese rubies are fissure-filled and their Burmese jade is dyed. Maybe we can get the John Saul ruby that is not fissure-filled.
