You are absolutely spot on! It doesn't matter how much I want an item if the budget pay isn't 5 then I don't want it. And what really blows me away is when they call it "Customer Appreciation" and then the budget pay is 2 or 3. That my friend is not Customer Appreciation.

Sounds like they're doing whatever it takes to make sure that they stay afloat. Just like with their shipping costs because that's where they really make their money.
