I ordered a skincare product in July 21 and received in August 21 I returned it 7 days later, having never used, because it was thick and gooey and the bottles were half full (i think because it was so thick). They received it in their warehouse on 8/13/21 and returned it to me with the explanation...

So I do like the auctions, but this has happened to me now 3 times. You go to bid on an item 10 to 15 seconds before it closes and instead of the bid going on the item you want, it ends up on the previous item that then closes...... And if you you use autopay, you cannot cancel the item so you end ...

I ordered and received two Swarovski Cuff Bracelets that I purchased as gifts. They are both beautiful but one is missing the Swarovski tag that comes with the bracelet. Why? They were both packaged the same but one didn't include the tag. Again, Why? Why does every purchase have to be frustrating?...
