I finally figured out who Deanna is...LOL! She's the one with the shoulder-length blonde hair, Deanna L., and sort of speaks with a very slight southern (Texas?) accent.

Stainless steel looks like the color of platinum. It's not bright white reflective like sterling. I prefer stainless b/c it doesn't tarnish, it can take a beating and still look good.
