I was shocked to learn that there isn’t a specific time to cancel an order, once it’s placed. You can have 1 hr to 5 mins, until is invoiced, then you cannot cancel the order. Looks like 3.6 is the correct weight of the item and my web team is working to correct the inconsistency.

I just ordered a chain, item# 6006003 In the product description it says the chain is 11 grams. As soon as I placed my order the info on the order page says 3.60 grams!
