I finally got the webpage to open. I too have issues since early evening last night. Almost impossible to open the website, my cart won’t open to order anything, or the promo code doesn’t work on eligible items. I kept getting bad gateway; an error has occurred. Try later. The longer this continues ...

Then it applies to items not shipped, siting at the post office for days , packages delivered elsewhere. The kind of things customer service has no control over?

I read that a landslide came down the mountain into a lake where jade miners were working. The tsunami caused by the landslide killed 100 miners. I wonder how many miners are killed digging for gemstones we buy. So tragic. Prayers for there families.
