Start price

My 'community forum' name should be 'confused'. If two different items have the same start price (on-live tv), then why doesn't the purchase price end up being the same on both items?

I totally agree! If item is on clearance, the price should reflect clearance until it's sold out (or they move it to RA)!! We can't all watch 24/7 to grab it during live-tv presentation when it's on """clearance """

OMG! Was waiting to see if a beautiful "lustro stella" wide band ring was tapered on back & tour was never given! Host asked for camera to show under gallery (which would have shown back of ring) but the camera person did not get close up & it sold out without me getting a tour...missed another one ...

Oh my, I really like Cheryl. Her enthusiasm & knowledge are priceless. But PLEASE, someone at SLC, tell her to stop saying "can we come & talk to everyone for a minute"...it takes away all the actual presentation of what the jewelry looks like. Rather not order what I can't see. Love you Cheryl!

Golly, you really gotta be alert on the s & h these days! I understand some items are heavier/bigger & warrant a higher s & h but I think the hosts should ALWAYS make it known when presenting on live-tv (like the competitors)...makes a difference in bottom line cost after all.

I've never had any negative experiences w/CS. They have always been extremely polite & accommodating with any issue I've had (which is one reason I continue to ShopLC)!

Yep, stones come out much too often for me as well. And like stated previously, I may not wear something during the 30 day return policy so I'm unable to return item...very disappointing. I think quality has taken a back seat because the demand is so great but even if an item only cost $10 I want it...
