Bad delivery service. Takes Money, Don't want to refund

After sending back 2 handbags I am fighting not to try the one that is on now. Still don't know if I will get my refund. Might wind up paying for it. Then I would really be upset.

I returned a handbag item #3494510. I returned it on the 3rd of February. Money has been taken out of my account but no refund. I pray that no more will be taken out. So far 24.91 . No point trying to talk to CS they don't care Moderator Preston or anybody out there PLEASE HELP.

Bought another item #3494510. Ordered it on the 2nd got it on the 10th. Returning it. Broken zippers and a stink that was beyond leather. I have decided no more. I have a new tablet . going to transfer from one to another. Just wanted to vent. Thank you.

Thank all of you for advice. My neighbor fixed it. The piece that pulls down to hold the air inside was screwed wrong. He worked with for awhile and fixed it. Don't know if I will get anything else until things on SLC. Right now it's scary.
