We will accept returns if the tags are missing. We do not expect customers to walk around for 30 days with the tag still on the jewelry. I am looking at a piece of ShopLC jewelry with a tag that reads, "ITEM NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED", so now it IS okay to remove the tag and still return it?...

I agree that all the theatrics are insulting. Remember when one of the hosts used to go back to the office and pretend he was on a phone call arguing with someone to drop the price lower? We watched him through the glass, ranting and flailing his arms! Really bad. So unnecessary.
