Re: When did your love of jewerly begin?

OtherSideOfTheTracks you got me with the dentist treasure chest - I'd totally forgotten about that! My dentist did that, too! And you jogged my memory of those little girl jewelry boxes with the ballerina that spun and music played when the box was opened. Mine played Fur Elise. You may not know or...

@Gemsnob did you ever mine for gemstones? That's something I'd like to try, at least once, to see where a gemstone is born. That would be so cool.

Re: When did your love of jewerly begin?

JewelryQueen Yes, the sparkle and shine is what I love most about jewelry, too. Growing up in the 60's/70's which was a time when home decor was olive drab, beige and just dreary - at least to a child it was. I also have a love of all thing Christmas, mostly because of the lights and decorations wh...

When did your love of jewerly begin?

I've had a love for jewelry ever since I can remember with rings being my favorite type of jewelry. I am curious about how it started for all of my fellow jewelry aficionados here at Shop LC. For me, it started with the landlords in the first house I lived in. They were were a very nice, older coupl...

Re: Stop Already!

@Harlequin I think @NYCGirl means the repetition of saying "Miss Marva" over and over again, not the fact that the other host is using "Miss" in front of her name.

Re: Really?

What I wish they'd do instead is get to the bottom price more quickly so that they can add more items (jewelry) to the show segment. All the dramatics on one item is boring and leaves no time for additional pieces in the show. They have so much inventory on their site, more should be aired.

Re: Hopeless..

@Amy Keep going; the auctions are super hit or miss, but so rewarding when you win. I've lost far more auctions than I've won as is probably true for most, if not all, individual bidders like us. Keep the faith and happy Friday!

Re: Order Tracking & Emails notifications

JewelryQueen . Good idea! I have to say I'm getting my orders within the 5 to 7 business days, it's just that the notifications are off in terms of the arrival date(s) and the body of the email notifications are empty. I'm good as long as I'm getting my bling, but figured others may be having the s...

Order Tracking & Emails notifications

Could you just pass this along to whomever is appropriate - lately, all all of the email notifications that come from Shop LC are blank. The only thing I can see is the subject line which says my "... order is arriving tomorrow...". Not only is it blank, but invariably, my order doesn't arrive the n...
