Maybe "Free shipping" actually means one thing in the US and another in India. Maybe it means "we are freeing ourselves from having to ship to you" .

Maybe "Delivering Joy" means one thing here and another thing entirely in India.
It's possible they mean "delivering us FROM joy" and we have it all wrong.
Maybe that's why they don't seem to grasp why we are unhappy.

Isn’t it odd when a word that describes a person, is also their real name?!? Be it First or Last?!?

I notice things like that and think: “If they had grown up with another name, would their personality have been different”?
