I could not agree more! I’m not really that fond of smackdowns myself, but I don’t see SLC doing away with them.

Remember the days when SLC had a variety of jewelry such as, quartz in every color imaginable, Dendritic agate, Script stone, Bumble bee jasper, Tasmanian Stichtite, different colors of Mohave turquoise, pink opal, peach opal, black spinel and the list goes on... they never do any of these gemstones...

Anybody else having problems with product video presentations not playing? Some of the “newer” ones will not play.

I ordered the Swarovski bangle bracelet. I love it! Mine did come with a tag. I do not blame you Ariana for being upset about the missing tag. Why can’t SLC get their act together? I have cut back on my ordering, I’m afraid that my luck of having little to no issues with my orders may come to a end!

I agree. Who in the heck would spend say... $100 or $200 on a item they can’t return. It makes no sense.

Return it with a note stating “ no tag attached” they will refund your money. I have received items without a tag and never had a problem returning it.
