That fissure filled stuff should not even be called a ruby. A gemologist called that composite. For him, it's not longer a ruby. I won't wear my "Burmese Ruby"(I'm sad) anymore, until I change the stones or the Shop LC start offering the John Saul Ruby, a real Ruby. Heated rubies don't lose their hardness of 9.
