Still can’t pay BUDGET PAY EARLY?!

What is wrong with system?????? I’ve tried to pay my budget Pay early twice now?!?! Will not go?!?! First a week or so ago and again just now and I see date is moved and card info is correct!

I would just call CS and have them do it over the phone.

We do apologize that you are unable to pay off your BudgetPays early via our website. If you are receiving an error message, will you please screenshot it and send it to customerservice@shoplc.com so that we can forward it to IT? Thank you.
