Confirmation emails ?

I used to receive a confirmation email after each purchase, then periodically another one which informed me about the shipping. I haven’t received any confirmation emails since October, 2019, though I have made several purchases. Are you no longer sending confirmation or am I just not receiving them?

I get Emails when I buy, then when they confirm, then when they ship, and usually 1 day before delivery, and the email that it was delivered. Of course beside that they send daily emails with whats happening at shoplc that day. Im thinking something went wrong with your email address. Go into your SLC account on the App and redo your email address. Also check your spam folder. Good luck

I think the confirmation emails are generated according to your payment method. When I use PayPal, they send an email and I don't receive a confirmation email from LC. However, when use my credit card I receive both purchase and confirmation emails.
