Customer appreciation coupons
Don’t forget that those customer appreciation coupons that we earned in November are valid now through the 20th of January I think

Re: Customer appreciation coupons
I am assuming vouchers cannot be combined with online coupons, correct?

Re: Customer appreciation coupons
I usually use mine to get a couple of sterling chains to replace the flimsy ones that come with pendants, or to use with pendants that i bought without chains.

Re: Customer appreciation coupons
Welcome JewelryDiva!
The coupons people are referring to in this thread are from purchases we made back in October. If someone spent over a certain amount they were sent a voucher to use during January.
Almost every day, at least several times per week, there are coupon codes on the website. There is no qualifying for those. Only certain items qualify but you will know if an item does if the coupon shows on the web page.
If you try to use a coupon for a qualifying purchase and it does not work contact customer service and they can help you.
Moderator Danielle here in the forum and all the others are always willing to step in when they see a post in the “customer service” thread.
Again, welcome. It can be an interesting ride!

They dont do this anymore but on Thursdays it used to be "Customer Appreciation Days". They wouldm send you a $10 voucher for every $50-$100 you spent , $20 for up to $200. I cant remember the amounts because I never did it. I think the last of the vouchers sent out can be used now.

Re: Customer appreciation coupons
For me, those old Thursday Customer Appreciation days were a total joke. A coupla times I saved up my wishes and made my purchases on Thursday. Not once, EVER, did a get an "appreciation" voucher even though my totals went over the required amount. Complaints to customer "service" did no good, either. Just another in a long string of disappointments from LC.Gemsnob wrote: ↑4 years agoThey dont do this anymore but on Thursdays it used to be "Customer Appreciation Days". Once, I was going through my invoices and lo and behold, on the second page in tiny print was the word "Voucher."
NOT A CARD.
So, I missed out on another one. I bought in bulk so my vouchers were for large amounts.
But to see NOT A CARD, but the code and the word voucher printed at the bottom of the second page of my invoice...I was too busy comparing my invoice items to the items I received. I didn't even SEE the words "Voucher"! Or a code!
Gads, how many OTHER invoices do I have with a voucher printed on them?!?
Not that it matters because THEY NEVER EVER WORKED. I knew what was eligible. Still, they NEVER WORKED.
So, PATOOEY ON YOUR SILLY VOUCHERS.
Voucher. What a word!
