Your policy on returning items seems reasonable except when it comes to clearance items. It is ludicrous to expect the customer to remember what items were purchased on a clearance event. Oh boy, you put it on the screen at the time it is offered, but do you put the no return message in the invoice? Answer NO! Maybe we should all call customer service each time we wish to return something to find out if it can be returned. You move thru the items so quickly that one can't really ge a good perspective on the item. I am so tired of the hosts needing to apologize for moving too quickly. To quote another viewer I am about "done with shoplc".
