Glitch in free shipping

I placed a order 2 times and had to keep cancelling the orders because of your stupid website. It was automatically charging me 2 day UPS Shipping rates!!!! When I would hit place order everything was fine. When I looked at my final invoice you were going to charge me $92 for the shipping of 4 items of jewelry totaling $75. Shop LC I have given you too many passes lately, I’m so done.
