Hello...last December I bought Phenitech sonic facial cleansing brush 3410501 ... I want to charge it... there was a USB cable included.... where is the charging port? I see no hole to use it... is there a part that has to be removed/moved to be able to charge the device? thanks so much

I could not see the port either in mine but I did notice a circle and wondered if we are suppose to push it into there but I did not dare without knowing for sure.

Mine has a tiny mini usb port on the back at the bottom ?

Look closely to get the correct orientation of the mini usb so you do not plug it in upside down and possibly damage one or the other

@William Is the port to plug in visible or does it look like a circle imprint on the rubber? Mine has no visible place to plug in just as the other customer stated.

I have the brown/copper version and ti the bottom of the back of the main unit --
the mini USB port is clearly visible- there was nothing covering it, or a removable piece to open access to it

I do not know if the different colors are made differently?

We have just received word that on the back of the brush is a pink circle, that is where you insert the cord to charge the sonic facial cleansing brush. I hope this helps!
