Working from home means you still work and answer calls, my daughter works for a large insurance company from work and she still only takes her regular breaks and allowed lunch time just like if she was in the office and her job is to take accident phone calls, she will not even answer any personal calls during work hours just like if she was in the office. Seems to me maybe customer service working from home maybe are being lax about answering calls because they are home.It should not matter whether they are home working or at the office, it is still there job!
