Yes they are a great team...very professional and thorough when presenting items. This morning Shawn thought Natasha had not measured the hoop earrings presented but she did while he was talking. It was a little funny but shows he listens to the viewers request about showing the specs of an item. It is too bad that after the confirming of the sale the nightmare begins behind the scenes with your ordering experience.
