I ordered 3 watched from web for my Husband and Sons. They sent me invoice showing gold one delivered no no no they sent me rose gold I also ordered rose gold but We don't want two of the same what makes them think they can replace item out order with another. I really getting worn out with all this. Also ordered a jardiin ring with pink flowers. The center stone is cut off center sending it back. 😬😞🍀

ShopLC refund records are so screwed up. You need a full time accountant. I literally had to go through each return one at a time then email the customer service for the refund invoice because the refund email you get just says a refund was initiated. Then wait for 24h response. Then next I go to my bank to make sure the correct amount was refunded. I’m soooo annoyed at ShopLC antiquated refund record.
