I agree. Who in the heck would spend say... $100 or $200 on a item they can’t return. It makes no sense.

They should give a return window of at least 10 days if not 30. Seeing something in real life and trying it on is so different from seeing it on tv. I don’t know of any major company that does not allow returns on clearance items. Its not milk or frozen items from a grocery store that can’t be returned. These are big ticket items.

I agree it's hard enough trying to get a refund during normal shopping, but they throw in Summer Vault Clearance I'm not buying
