brunette just arriving for the charity ball.
Alexa stumbles through the archway and just
keeps herself from falling over a prominent
threshold. ‘Can’t take me anywhere,’ Alexa
mumbles to herself.
No one at the ball notices her stumble, stunned
as they are at Alexa’s vintage De La Renta
sparkling, sapphire blue gown. The crowd’s eyes
move from her gown to her heart shaped face
framed by her petite Van Cleef & Arpel diamond
chandelier earrings. Alexa wears no other jewelry
as her style was never fussy going back to her
rebellious teen years. Alexa looks up and locks
eyes with John. The chemistry between these two
strangers is felt by everyone in the room...

Oh, and pearls! Forgot about them. Bought 18" and opera length with accessories at local jewelry store. I have bought Honora pearls from the Q, and lots of pearl pieces from JTV. The home shopping purchases were for various free form necklaces and pieces. Have peacock black and blue Honora sets, have white freeform, and two different "dyed" mardi gras multi-color sets from JTV. Also have their natural multicolor Genesis pearls. Was never overly fond of South Sea or Tahitians until recently. I acquired a South Sea ring and just ordered a single South Sea pendant in gold from SLC to go with it. I would like to purchase a single Tahitian pendant in gold, and a Tahitian ring in gold to match. I wonder if SLC would have these items on their upcoming show? JTV is beginning their pearl shows also. The new pearl harvests are in now and this is pearl season for fresh designs.

I am a gem lover --- Have admired gems for a long time --- I watched Q and also H and SHOPNBC/Evine/etc--- I found the Tennessee channel about 2009 and became a regular viewer-- My very first purchase was a Chrome Diopside mens ring from JTV --but bought very little as prices were greater ---especially then -- then in 2012 I found The LC-- Gerald Tempton and Roxanne and Michelle and JeanPierre --Dionne Jessica Lolo all there then-- Sarah---Becky----- it was different back then ---VERY Fun-- Under 20 Tuesdays-- Under Ten Sunday AND FRiday-- 1.99 shipping on all those days --NO taxes back then--the states had not yet passed legisalation demanding tax--- those days were Great--- The under ten hooked me --- I watched for one year before I bought anything --- my first purchase were 2 pairs of small inside outside hoop Tanzanite earrings--gifts-- bought during ----A Smackdown! Then I started to buy on Sunday and Friday -- GENUINE GEMSTONES for under Ten dollars ?? Unbelievable!!! What ever I bought------Bought just from ShopLC since then --- I Still do not believe ShopLC can be beat but definitely different these days -- it is still fun =--- but different----- Nothing stays the same --- I Hope everyone has a great 2020 !

I'm a true online shopping newbie. All of my jewelry had always been gifts from my husband , the town's local jewelry shop LOVED to see my hubby coming !
I'm a widow now , I lost my hubby 5 years ago. I stumbled across ShopLC while channel surfing one evening about 3 yrs ago and whenever I had access to a computer I really enjoyed the RA's. Had alot of fun and won alot of nice jewelry. Got introduced to new gemstones and reacquainted with old favorites
Have never tried or even heard of most of the online shopping places that you all discuss but I enjoy reading the posts about the other places. I may even venture away from SLC one day
