Cat's mom is re-scheduled for her pain pump surgery.

How is SLC land?

It's been fairly calm aside from some CS issues. I don't want to speak for them. Rolltide had a huge issue. OSOTT did but I think it's settled now.

I can certainly sympathize with them. Mine has slowed but maybe because I don’t buy 10 things a day now? I have actually received mostly nice things. Since that last used handbag most has been good.
The issues for me now are the website.
