Terrible personal shopper and customer service

I agree. But the idea of any kind of a refund or credit is out of the question. I remember my sister received a package with about five items in it. None had a box or cloth pouch of any kind. One was a pearl necklace. She was shocked. She contacted them and reminded them that it said right on the invoice that a box or pouch was included for safe storage. They have since taken that off of the invoices from what I understand. The upshot was that they assured her they would send the missing ones. She was selling quite a bit of jewelry at the time and needed them for her customers. That was two years ago or more and she is still waiting.
