Question ? Nothing personal, but does anyone in management get aggravated with Cheryl’s screaming? OMG , I must be getting old. It gets on my nerves so bad, I change the channel. She is very knowledgeable but why the screaming ??? I just don’t get it. I called customer service ages ago, that was a waste of time. Anyone agree ???
Since SLC reorganized or expanded their customer service department, I find that if I’m lucky enough for the call to go to the Texas office I receive good customer service. Not so much if the call goes to Guatemala or one of the other out of the country offices. Then all I receive is some canned script that doesn’t help me at all.
