@OSOTT

Annoying Health Nut here

Firstly it sounds likes you need a new doctor! Heart fluttering or palpitations can be relatively harmless but also could be very very dangerous. More info needed. Do you feel lightheaded, dizzy, faint, have shortness of breath, have chest pain. excessive sweating, excessive fatigue, sleep apnea, or a marked increase in anxiety?

I presume you have had an EKG. How about a thyroid test? Please insist on it. Underactive or overactive thyroid functioning can cause many of these symptoms.

Here are a few things you can try yourself. Try drinking an electrolyte drink. Sometimes an electrolyte imbalance can cause palpitations. You can buy these at any grocery store. If that is the problem you should have relief pretty quickly. Hawthorn, Valerian or Ladies Slipper help too but check with your pharmacist first, as there can be drug interactions especially with the Valerian. Up your Vitamin C and take Vitamin E (not if you have high blood pressure.) Eat more salmon, sardines, or albacore tuna unless you are on blood thinners. Try to incorporate coconut oil instead of butter or margarine whenever possible. Eat half of a banana in the morning.

If you can do all that you re superwoman!

Just trying to be helpful.

Kisses, JQ

Love ya JQ.
Are you listening to the CBD presentation?
I've never tried it. What do you think?

Cannabidiol oil seems to work wonders for some. You have to be careful about the strength (or lack thereof) and the purity when purchasing though. It does not work for my knees but you might give it a shot. They are showing this on SLC?

Heavens to Betsy! And you are still walking around after that?!? Definitely sending healing thoughts your way, and thank you for telling us about not using heat therapy. I had no idea.

from the lotions and oral doses.

Gotta run as my ride to the grocery store is almost here. I will ask my friends and relatives what brand they use and get back to you.

JQ, I do know that I may have to try a few, topical
and oral, CBD's. I have arthritis in both knees, I had very
successful injections of Hyaluronic Acid.
Now new doctor, he gives me the synthetic, Synvisc.
It works well enough to make me forget just how
painful my knees really are every six months! ha

I'm glad that your friend had success with stem
cells. I could, but still too controversial.

Knee surgery?....I am a wuss!

by nature I am a very good sleeper, awake a full
day and a solid 6/7 hours of sleep. If I did not sleep
so well, .......I think I'd be a gonner! ...cause my
back hurts all day. Tried epidurals, no trade off
for relief and long run side effects.

Back surgery?....I am a wuss!

Everybody 'Get your rest!' ;)

Hope you had a good trip to the market.
Tomorrow is another day,
Good night all.
